Run point on outages or other severe issues, updating our public-facing status page and updating the global Support team as there are developments.

Become an expert in all things Vimeo so that you can effortlessly translate complicated technical concepts into direct and effective terms for customers to understand.

Assist in tracking and reporting on customer pain points, feature requests, and other feedback to be shared with Product and Engineering stakeholders.

Contribute to support-related documentation, processes, and workflows.

Collaborate with Support teammates around the globe to help manage ticket queues and troubleshoot issues reported by users as well as staff.

Deliver high quality, timely responses to support tickets submitted by customers.

This role will report to a Customer Support Manager/ Senior Manager and will contribute directly to Vimeo’s Support efforts – with focus on troubleshooting and responding to escalated issues, contributing towards insights reporting, and collaborating with teammates to ensure the highest quality support.

Respond to and address vendor service and/or quality related issues to mitigate negative impact on the company and operating metrics.

Lead the negotiations on nearly all Vimeo vendor contracts and partner with senior leadership on select high value, strategic relationships.bid processes, benchmarks, or competitive market data) to drive savings, company efficiencies, and service improvements Conduct RFPs and use sourcing tools (i.e.

Develop and manage key supplier relationships to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service, and quality.

Harness vendor expertise, as well as conduct due diligence on technology trends that provide solutions to meet the company's changing business needs and/or requirements.

Execute supply strategies for multiple categories and also manage their own supply base, ensuring stakeholders get what they want, when they want it and at the optimal value.

Influence the business and cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Interface with department heads and associated stakeholders to support their strategic objectives, as well as to identify and prioritize cost-savings and efficiency opportunities cross- functionally.
